Ronald E. Robbins, PA in 2016 opened a law office in Landrum, South Carolina. Mr. Robbins sees clients at the Landrum and Greer offices by appointment. Mr. Robbins received his B.A. degree in 1974, graduating Summa Cum Laude and as Class Salutatorian. After working in the field of construction 10 years, he applied to The University of South Carolina School of Law where he was awarded an academic scholarship to attend. While in law school, he served as a law clerk for the Columbia, South Carolina firm of Belser, Baker, Barwick, Ravenel, Toal and Bender. Upon graduation and passing the bar exam, he began his career as an attorney at BBBRT&B, where he practiced until January, 1991. Thereafter, he practiced as a member of the firm of Bruner, Powell, Robbins, Wall & Mullins, LLC until July, 2010 when he retired from the firm. Since July, 2010, he has continued to practice through his own professional association, Ronald E. Robbins, PA, Attorney at Law. Mr. Robbins has a number of chinese clients and serves as Attorney for the South Carolina Asia-America Chamber of Commerce. He is actively involved with the Chinese Christian church in the upstate. His years of experience working for General Services Administration, , homebuilders and subcontractors and in representing parties in construction matters have served to make him knowledgeable with regards to many aspects of the development and construction process. He has numerous interests and hobbies. He is a woodcarver and the owner of Robbins Woodworks and The Millstone Gallery in Landrum, SC. He also is involved with the renovation and improvement of real property in North and South Carolina, doing site work and improvements to buildings. He mills his own timbers for construction projects and woodcarving. Mr. Robbins has studied timberframing, woodcarving, the making of carousel horses. His hobbies include playing guitar, writing music, creating crossword puzzles, studying Mandarin and writing and carving Chinese characters.
